SHIPPING + RETURN POLICIES

PROCESSING TIME: 
  • All orders have a processing time of 2-4 business days (This excludes weekends and holidays) and are then shipped via USPS or UPS based on your choice at checkout. (usually a 2-3 day service). 
  • Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to be updated.

 

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGE:

  • 464 Candles is not responsible for any lost, stolen or missing packages once they are in the hands of the carrier. In the instance that your package is lost, stolen or missing, you will need to file a claim through your local USPS / UPS office.
  • If you receive a package with broken items, you can submit a replacement claim to us via email: hello@464candles.com   
  •  Please include photo proof in your email. We will not be able to replace without photo proof.
